To ensure quality and secure service delivery, and to continually improve the performance, Alef Education has developed an Integrated Management system, based on standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - Information Security Management System and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 - Service Management System, that will ensure that services and information assets are protected from all the threats identified, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental, such that the brand image is protected; confidentiality of information is maintained; integrity of information can be relied upon; availability of service and information is ensured and all legal, regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations are met.

All stakeholders associated with Alef services and information assets shall ensure to act in accordance with the integrated management system policies and guidelines which aims at preserving and protecting interest of all interested parties, internal or external including but not limited to Alef management, customers, vendors, and employees.
